FEU Pampanga proudly announces the formal signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with two vital public safety institutions: the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), both serving the City of San Fernando, Pampanga. This significant event marks the start of a robust collaborative partnership designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and essential professional practice for the next generation of public safety leaders.

The partnership solidifies FEU Pampanga’s commitment to providing its students with unparalleled opportunities for professional development and meaningful engagement within the community. A crucial highlight of the ceremony was the formal endorsement of the School of Criminal Justice Education’s Criminology students to undertake their On-the-Job Training (OJT) under the direct supervision of the BFP and BJMP. This initiative is a vital component of the Criminology curriculum, enabling students to gain hands-on experience and a deeper, practical understanding of fire safety management, penal administration, and public service protocols before entering the workforce.

The official signing was attended by key representatives from all partnering institutions. Leading the delegation from the public safety sector were FCSUPT Manuel G. Golino, BFP Regional Director, and FSSUPT Vilma R. Tuscano, BFP ARD Administration, alongside JCINSP Lord Rogelio T. Montero V, BJMP Acting District Warden. Representing FEU Pampanga were Ms. Patricia Villanueva, Criminology OJT Instructor, and Ms. Ara Movilla, Criminology Instructor. This collaborative effort underscores FEU Pampanga’s mission to deliver quality education by cultivating strong institutional linkages that ensure students are not just graduates, but well-trained, ethically-grounded, and service-ready professionals prepared to contribute immediately to the nation’s public safety sector.
