Admission for Senior High School Students:
- Click this link: FEU Pampanga Application Form – FEU Pampanga and complete the application form to receive details about the Entrance Exam or FEU Senior High Admission Test (FEUHSAT).
- Pay the ₱500.00 exam fee at the cashier to confirm your registration.
- Take the Entrance Exam on your assigned date. Results will be sent to your registered email.
- If you pass the FEUHSAT, you may proceed with enrollment.
Enrollment Procedure
- Complete the Student Registration Form available at this link
- Meet with an Academic Adviser to finalize your track or strand.
- Submit all required documents to the Admissions Office.
- Enrollment staff will verify the completeness and accuracy of your registration.
- Receive your student number once verification is complete.
- Proceed to the Cashier for tuition assessment and payment.
- Have your official school ID photo taken at the MIS Office.
- Claim your Certificate of Registration (COR) from the Registrar’s Office.
Enrollment Requirements
- Passed the FEU High School Admission Test (FEUHSAT)
- Original Form 138
- Original Form 137
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Two (2) pieces 1X1 and two (2) pieces 2X2 ID pictures with a white background
- Photocopy of Junior High School Diploma or Original Certificate of Completion
- ESC Certification (for graduates of a PEAC-certified Junior High School only)
