This Framework presents Outcome-Based Education (OBE) as a continuous Plan–Do–Improve system that aligns FEU Pampanga’s vision and mission down to classroom instruction. Institutional Outcomes define the desired graduate attributes, which are translated into Program Educational Objectives (PEOs) and then into measurable Program Outcomes (POs) achieved at graduation. These are further broken down into Course Learning Outcomes (CLOs) that guide teaching, learning activities, and assessments. Through systematic planning and delivery, assessment and evaluation, and strong stakeholder feedback, the framework ensures continuous quality improvement (CQI). It guarantees constructive alignment, industry relevance, and the production of competent, ethical, and globally competitive engineering graduates.
Within 3 to 5 years after graduation, the program expects that:
| PEO 1 | Graduates shall be engaged in the professional practice of Electronics Engineering in accordance with Republic Act No. 9292, securing gainful employment and contributing to technological innovation and national development.
| PEO 2 | Graduates shall uphold professionalism, ethical responsibility, leadership, and teamwork while complying with applicable laws, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in local and global engineering environments.
| PEO 3 | Graduates shall pursue lifelong learning through continuous professional development, including advanced training, professional certification, postgraduate education, and research, to maintain competence amid technological advancements.
| PEO 4 | Graduates shall apply Electronics Engineering knowledge and modern tools to solve real-world problems and participate in community service and sustainable development initiatives in the interest of public welfare. |
